I am just getting started with your dual factor training and was wondering if you could help me a bit with active recovery? I saw spatts' sticky in the training board, and feel like I can figure out some of the excercises, but just not sure about when to do them and how much. I might have missed this somewhere, so sorry if i overlooked it, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks man.
 
Ish...I do them everyday. I do them for the part that are sore and the core. GM's and abs daily...plus whatever's tight. Soemtimes I do them 2-3 times throughout the day if I'm really working on a certain part (like if you have a hitch in your get-a-long ;) ).

How much? This isn't weight training. The first thing you'll notice about it is that you're contracting your muscle, but it feels like a stretch. The idea is to get blood and oxygen flowing through the muscle, so there's no need to crank the tension. I just take maybe one move for the muscle I want to work, and do like 20-30. Then maybe do that 1 or 2 more times. I just go by feel.
