Question about Vitamin E on the face

v-E should help reduce the scares in time...how many I.U. in each pill..cause you can just get the pure liquid form at anydrug store it will be easier to apply and often more potent...g

I use 5,000 IU Vitamin E oil on my face each night. I used to get blemishes and acne, but it really keeps it under control. I buy it in a 4 oz bottle.

i get it from cvs they have liquid form 15,000 iu and 30,000 iu(very thick) i like the 30,000 alot hard to work with but last longer and you skin looks better for days...g
