Start with 25 and work your way up 25 each 4 days until you peak at 100. Hold it there for a week or so and then taper down in the same way.
It will make you feel irritable, jumpy, probably tired yet wired, sweaty, shakey, your heart may race at times....its crappy fiddling around with the thyroid and its hormones.
You will loose a little bone mass, but it will be very little since you will be on for such a short period of time. You may also eat up some muscle mass. Most people that use t3 do end up loosing some muscle but they think its all fat.
Alternatively you could use t4 as it is self tapering because it has a half life of 6 days. Start with 50 and then after a week go to 100 and hold it there then after week 3 drop to 50 and then drop it altogether after week 4. One does not need any t3 supplementation as all the t3 that the body needs can be made from t4...most of the t4 will convert to t3 and some will saty as t4, which is also good.
I do not recommend t4 or t3 really.
Why don't you get into road cycling...as it is not stressful to the joints and bones etc. I was once a semi pro cyclist way back when I weighed 150 pounds and 21 years old! I am telling ya sista that if you ride hard for 1-1.5 hours per day the fat will go away and you will get the added benefit of very toned legs and butt.
