I'm curious about soy protein's effectiveness... my boyfriend tells me that it works different than whey. I have always used whey, however I made a mistake at buying some protein until I got to notice that it was "Isolated Soy", I can't return the cans to the store so I'm wondering how to use them effectively or tell me what you think? would I still make the same progress with soy than with whey?
