Question about Raw MCC?

Just got some Raw MCC and I had a couple questions. First is one serving just the 1 teaspoon? Also do I just mix it with water?

~~~~A serving is one teaspoon====>4 grams/mcc. I guess you can mix it with whatever you like. I mix mine with carb slam waxy maze.
