Hey guys. got a question for you.
I train MMA and BJJ an average of 4-5 nights a week and have been doing so for about a year. a month ago i decided to include lifting into my regiment.
I have been doing the strong lifts program consistently and so far i have been happy with the results.
My girlfriend just noticed my quads and mentioned to me that my left is noticeably different (smaller) than my right. I am wondering if its an imbalance because my knee has osgood schlatters on that side and though I try to even out the weight, maybe im not doing as good a job as i thought.
The question is this...Should i be trying to do an additional type of squat that isolates each leg or since im new, will i start out with imbalances like that and it will hopefully work itself out in time?
