On days that I'm not lifting should I still consume the same amount of protein that I would if I was? If not, how much should I cut the protein intake back by? A certain percentage?
Same amount. I do not know what everyone’s big deal is about taking to much protein. It does not cost that much. It is not going to hurt you. Unless you’re burning holes in your underwear with nuclear flatulence I wouldn't worry too much about it. Good luck!
