question about my weight, please help.

I currently weigh in at 190lbs 5'11", and i would like to get up to about 220lbs or possibly 230 lbs. . Is it possible to gain weight without roids, and is it possible to get to this weight without gaining a lot of fat?
 
I know some people who have gained weight with doing GNC weight gainner I know some nutrition facts are 1850 cals i think don't quote me on any of this 115 carbs and 55g of protein. The only supplement i know of.
 
Those GNC weight gainers have been sitting on that shelf are almost as old as Joe Weider himself! Why don't you try chicken and beer? Arnold ate an entire chicken (rotissere will do) and downed it with a pitcher of beer after each training session.
A 6 pack will work well instead if a pitcher is too inconvienent.

It works, believe me and you get a good buzz instead of diarreah that accompanies that weight gainer crap. Also follow the westside training program and you should be strong soon!!
 
My training partner has gone from 125lb to 213 lb in 18 months with NO roids and virtually no supplements. All he did was ate like a pig and train like a man posessed so hell, yeah, it can be done!
 
hell yea you can gain weight without gear.you will put a little fat on also but to gain you just have to increase your calories big time.what does your diet look like now?......
 
I eat 3 sqaure meals a day, I take high calorie weight gainer. I drink tons of milk, and water(no pop).
 
All these guys are right upset for the beer part I dunno bout that but you do have to eat ALOT until you can't eat anymore. With the weight gainer I know if you take it in the morning you normally burn off most of the carbs from it so you don't want to do that you might wanna try to drink a shake every night before going to bed that will put some weight on you and it's good weight complex carbs and protein.
 
Right at your weight, try to get at least 175-200 grams of protein.
For this you will probably need to use a protein or weight gain supplement to help get the extra protein grams. I have used a few weight gainers, they are mostly all the same.
some good ones:

Progain by maximuscle
N large by prolab

Take 1 or 2 drinks a day along with 3-4 meals and try to start eating more lean chicken, beef and other meats....just eat a shit load of food!
In theory, gaining weight is simple.

Lift wieghts, eat like a cunt and rest = weight gain
