Question about lagging or neglected muscles.

Say that my forarms and hamstrings are lacking or not what they should be, but my chest and bi's and tri's are enormous. Do any of youwhile on a cycle or off tend to shift the intensity to the lagging body parts and lay off of the good ones to try and help compensate for the differences?

Try working your weak bodyparts first in the workout. This will work real well with hamstrings and forearms. Since they are pre-exausted the other lifts you do will also benefit them.
