1to 20 E,Q 600
Its my summer bulker you get good result off 16 wks but
i run it abit longer , my ai is 2 pumps aifm and it works well
good luck its a nice mild cycle dut food is every thing with
E,Q so be strict on your goals and it could be your fav .
