Question about chains?

I am going to start using chains for bench and squats. What is the thickness of the chains that are being used? Are they 3/8 log chain or are they even heavier than that? Is there an outfit that sells the chains already made up?

hey i use chains i have 3/8 chain and 1/4 inch chains i use a scale to get the desired weight. the reccomended is 5/8 but i couldnt find it. go to www.elitefts.com they have premade sets and go here to learn about the weight u need and how to use them. http://www.testosterone.net/html/body_127resist.html
