Question about bloating

Hi I have a question that maybe someone here could help me with. I have been training about 9 years and I have a good diet ( 200 lbs eating 3500 cals a day - I'm bulking right now) The only suplements I'm taking are creatine, protien powder and vitamins. My stomach is not ripped anymore (I've been bulking since the begining of Sept.) but you can still see my abs. My problem is that I am SOOOO bloated I feel like I'm pregnant (I'm male) I've got this belly on me now and it's not fat. Does anyone know how to reduce this bloating? Is there any supplements that are good for reducing bloating. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'd ask myself these 2 questions.

-do you monitor your sodium intake?
-did you experience this bloat when you were lower in bodyfat (not bulking)?

When I am at a lower body weight I don't have any bloating at all.

No I don't monitor my sodium intake. What should it be at?

creatine bloats me bad..i dont know how long you have been using it but as soon as i do i get real bloated. Thats why i dont use it anymore. Also do you feel real gassy to, because you could be having a hard time digesting all the food. So try supplementing with some digestive enzymes. One more thing keep in mind, just make sure you are taking in enough water. The more water you drink the less you retain.

What type of creatine are you using? Many of the older monohydrates can make you feel a bit bloated.

Also, did you change your protein powder type? Many whey concentrates can do this if you are for instance a bit lactose intolerant. Look at your protein powder. If the first ingredient is concentrate, that will be the majority. Switching to pure whey isolate will usually remedy this.
