Bro weightlifting and body building is all about response, and once you find what lifts and style make your body respond and grow thats when you know your getting somewhere, a trainer cant figure it out for you, you have to figure it out yourself, it may take 2 years or 7 years, but when you have finally figured out what combinations and lifts you respond to then you can start to think about building quality size and shape.

Thats my first set of exercises about 10 or 15 sets then I go to dumbbells..
I do many sets maybe 30 total in 45 Min's to an hrs time with little breaks and finish w/forearms and maybe some light curl machines until failure.
