Question about BCAA's

dude i have never in my life taken BCAA's

they are pushed heavily by supp companies cause they are legal and they make a huge profit margin

you would be far better off buying hcgenerate instead, it has ingredients to boost your test levels naturally which will blow away bcaa's
 
What is the ideal dosage to be taking daily and when is the best time to take dosages of BCAA's?

I've argued that, at best, BCAA's as a supp are something that only adds up in the long term. And dose wise you're looking at 10-20g in an intra drink or for those doing fasted cardio (for contest prep).

Most trainees neither train long term enough or compete to see, as Stevesmi says, anything from them.

You need around 4g of leucine to maximally stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

Most BCAA supplements come in a 2:1:1 ratio so that means 8g.
