I'm telling you Sassy it's really good... and I'm thinking it would be much more refeshing post WO then carring around a flat shake (you would have to use two scoops)
I bought this at wal-mart (from all places) for $20 for 340g (12.1oz) just got a small one for now... wanted to try it firt.

I tried it when it first came out. I am not big on the lime but I love summer peach and the ice tea. I prefer the whey coolers in the summer though. I just got 2lbs of the mocha java can't wait to crack into it.
Allycat if you like whey cooler you will love syntrack nectar same concept as the whey cooler.

Hmm I know the pro at your gym now it just dawned on me she is a PVL rep initals SW
Sadly I don't know of any sup stores up your way but never go to GNC they rip you off maybe you can find syntrax online a have a friend that will be opening an e-store soon that is who I get mine from.

LOL sorry it is my friend store there are 3 in Ontario right now. They going to be putting up an online store very soon. They sell PVL Syntrax and a whole lot of other products at great prices. The full name is Fitmass Nutrition when the e-store opens I will let you know.
