stats are 6' 2" 180 7% bodyfat , can't see too much but its the most recent pic i have

looking to put on some more mass on the wheels, what would you guys recommend rep wise in squats to gain some mass on the legs, looking to get around 200-210 with same body fat

squatting two puppies aint going to get ya anywhere :D (sorry couldn't resist... cute doggies though :) )

i'll let the guys answer your questions now...

you appear to have a low bodyfat and good size based on what I can see of your upper chest and your body frame. post full pics in october.

yeah those are jack russell terriers, they just finished taking some DNP, gonna start them on a deca/dbol cycle in october too

Why does everybody that wants to gain weight try to jump on juice like it is the only way? It is simple math EAT MORE THAN YOU BURN. In my opinion 220 is skinny at your height, but I am a sick ass powerlifter that eats terriers for protein. If you want to gain weight and not be a puss you need to eat more, cut down on the cardio, get lots of rest, and train smart. After you do all that for 6 months consistently then get on gear.

I prefer heavier reps of 6 and below and it serves me well for strength and mass. You should probably get a personal trainer until you know what you are doing.
