Puttin together my first cycle

Anyone have any advice at all??

I was also wondering if I should go 30mg the whole way or 30mg first week then bump it to 45? Also 5 or 6 weeks?
 
go 30mg and if you feel ok on it you could try to bump to 45. just use common sense and listen to your body. id run 5 weeks.
 
keep your diet clean, lift every day... some people say you need a break, it dont work like that ect.. fuck that, you wanna grow you gotta work. u need a break from lifting then kill it in cardio... after the cycle, continue to work your ass off, even if u feel like shit, if u wanna keep gains, you gotta work to keep em if you have questions, ask, the only dumb questions are the ones you dont ask...
you will be fine, you got a decent line up here.. post updates so we all know how its working for you
 
I respectfully disagree with noodles on one count. Your body needs at least one day off a week. You dont grow in the gym. Growth happens when you recover and rebuild after your workouts. Yes you need to kill it in the gym. Yes you need to bust your ass. But you alsp need to rest and recover.

Even God needed one day to rest at tje end of the week.

Lol.

Its less about the muscle itself than it is the central nervous system. Any workout whether lifting or cardio puts a strain on the cns. Switching to takimg one full day off to reset my cns was a huge jump forward in my training.

usually the first 3 weeks of my cycle i go 7 days a week to get it all into high gear. then im going hard 5-6 days a week.

Thats not too bad. A couple weeks shouldnt put too much overload on the system as long as you pay attention to your body. If you start gettimg lethargic and worn out that is a sign it is time for a break.
