keep your diet clean, lift every day... some people say you need a break, it dont work like that ect.. fuck that, you wanna grow you gotta work. u need a break from lifting then kill it in cardio... after the cycle, continue to work your ass off, even if u feel like shit, if u wanna keep gains, you gotta work to keep em if you have questions, ask, the only dumb questions are the ones you dont ask...
