i was thinking about just doing a shit load of pushups and just regular flat bench 4 sets for my chest from now on..i have them pushups bars and they work great...plus my chest is like double the size of anything else on my body..its weird whenever i do pushups on the pushups bars im swore as hell the next day when i do chest at the gym im not as near sore? do u think this would be good for me? please help i cant decide what to do thanks guys!
