That is a horrible supplement - made only with whey concentrate, has fructose, maltodextrine, chocolate.... so it is a really shitty protein which will only cause GI issues and will help you gain fat.
When choosing a protein product, you need to pay attention to the ingredient list, not the label claims. A good protein product will be made with whey isolate (which unlike concentrate has no lactose in it), no sweeteners, or other additives. Definitely no sugar or chocolate.
