Consider buying creatine instead. Creatine will work.

as already said, L-Glutamine taken oraly is not effective

so, either you take L-Glutamine IV (of course not recommended in your case) or BCAAs

Why does glutamine taken orally not work?? I bought 1kg of the stuff.... only been taking it a week.

I also take creatine.

So what should I be taking in place of glutamine? BCAA's? Can you explain why glutamine powder doesn't work?
