Puffy niples, advice needed

Hi,
My first post here. I was reading some stuff about gynecomastia and I ended up here in this forum.
Always trying to find some way to get rid of this puffy nipples that I hate. I'm 22, I've been checked by my doctor and everything is OK except the looks of it. When I talked with him about surgery he said "stop being paranoid". He also says its minimal, but meh I'm the one that has it, I'm the one that feels bad and ashamed because of it.
Its also the first time I'm posting in a forum about my problem, hoping that there is something that I can do, like some gel or pills that I can take since theres no way I can pay the surgery now, nor in a near future.

I cant see your pic mate but im in the same situation as you no lumps just chest fat behind nipples so I no how you feel
Check out my post I have pics on mine 2 I tryed letro but it did nothing im currently taking triazole to reduce mine it seems to be working after all the years iv had it there could be hope yet iv been training alot harder then usual and watching what I eat

Its only been 2 days and Im sure somthing is going on there still puffy but no were near as bad as thay were before but it could be placebo effect time will tell tho

Ur best bet is reduce bodyfat as much as you can im working on mine and using this site as fuel to keep me going ill keep an eye on this and see how ur doing

Well I had my BF at 7-9% before and it didn't change anything. I have a small lump on the right side, really small like half pea size, barely noticeable.
I know its probably impossible to make it go away completely, and the only thing that bothers me are the puffy nipples. I have no idea what I should do or take to at least make it less noticeable.
Can you keep me posted about your results with triazole ?

Iv just got up to take my triazole and it looks like im leaning out everything looks tighter and my chest looks amazing I will defo use triazole for 8 weeks ankle jonts are sore tho

I haven't taken anything, I've had this since puberty probably. So lets say its a "natural" gynecomastia, and I guess it didn't go away.
