I only wear a bra now when I absolutely have to. I have a protruding disk in my neck that affects the nerves that run down my right arm and the pressure of a bra strap aggrivates the condition. Most of the time I just wear tank tops with a built in shelf bra or halter tops. Living in FL is great for this.
