I definitely recommend proviron. I've added it to my cycle a few weeks ago and I can signifcantly tell a difference in my body and performance. I haven't changed anything else in my cycle, training, or diet.
Basically, it totally enhanced my cycle- strength, hardness, and definition are up while water retention is down- and I'm gaining weight as I wasn't in the last few weeks (up 2kg this week).
