I'm a newbie with supplements so I thought I would pick you experts' minds with a question
I'm taking whey protein right now, a brand called BioPro, does anybody know if whey protein have any side effects? Like, I noticed I've been getting more pimples and my penis a bit smaller. Could it be because of the whey protein?
