These damn protien shakes are about to get me kicked out of my house. Not to mention all the sh**ing I'm doing. Man, I think I just gave birth to a baby Bullcocky :baby2:
 
drink more water
try ginger root
add fiber to shakes (or eat nuts)
eat bananas (high in FOS which are food for "good" bacteria)
take a mixed-dophilus capsule
 
If you're gassy and shitting mush:

1. Switch to a 100% Whey Isolate powder (expensive, but worth it)
2. Use Lactose reduced milk to mix the shakes with

If you're shitting bowling balls:

1. Add flax oil and Omega 3-6-9 oil to your diet (good for you anyways)
2. Add a little bit of metamucil or similar fiber product to each shake
OR eat 6 prunes with a big glass of water every day
