I find Pro-Lab mixes well in shakers as does Designer Protein. My buddy at the health food store gives me a pretty good deal on Pro-Lab as I buy so much of it.

I think that the best protein out there is called Dynawhey you can get it at the Real Superstore. It mixes instanly with a spoon. Go to Fortius.ca. It costs 29.99 for a kilo. It has 111 cal, 23g protein, 1.3g fat and 1.8g carbs and the good thing about it is that it contains Synermune TM Natural Colostrum which is wicked as well. Try it and you won't be disappointed, it may cost a little more but the quality is there,

I bought some Max's protein powder (Australian brand) which clumped up like shit when I tried stirring it in .. what I discovered was if stirred with a fork for 5 minutes it almost completely dissolves with a few tiny lump exceptions. Quite surprising considering the lump it goes into at first. On the other hand, I've had instantised protein powder (Horleys Awesome and Balance 100% Whey) which stirred much quicker into a drinkable consistency.

The best one i have found is Champion Whey stack can drink it all day long and it does not bother me. i sell it at my store for 25.99 2.2lbs we just got the 5 lb in. Designer is nasty tasting campaired to Champion.
Myoplex suck ass ane Met-rx sucks ass. When rexal sundown bought met-rx they took the good ingredients out and put cheeper shit in. now when i used it i get noxious gas and explosive diarea !!!!!!! and i have used them all Lean body shakes are the best now!!!!

And for all u guys that go to GNC (the leader in RIPPING of the customer with no KNOwledge) 60 minutes had a special GNC selling out dated vitamins !!!!! if i were you guys i would go to a local privatly owned place. get in close with the owner or people who work there. beleive me they will be more then willing to take care of u!!!!
