is there any protein shake that actually tastes good, you dont have to blend, and doesnt clump like little whey shites...thats perhaps cost effective as well?

dps nutrition is having a deal on Myoplex right now, good stuff. I bought six boxes of chocolate. But, you have to at least shake the shit or it clumps up.

Get a GE hand blender at wal-mart= 19.00

Takes care of any and all protien shakes... then you can use which ever tastes good to you

an added plus.... you can add peanut butter and a banana to the mix for one hell of a shake

i think optimum nutrition is alright, you just gotta keep stiring it before you drink or you can blend it and its fine.

damn seems everything clumps, that crap makes me want to puke, and then when i try to mix it , still tastes like crap

instead of water... use 2%milk + a Banana + a tablespoon of PB

I'm telling you , it makes it all good!

mike, that's the way I like mine... just like a frothy milk shake..

I blend the hell out of it until it's about 30% bubbles

You have to get micro-filtered protiens if you want to like what you are drinking. These protiens are fine powder and blend into a thin drink, not a thick shake. You're suppose to be able to mix them with a spoon or even shake them up, cause it is such a fine powder. I always blend anyway, but these protiens taste great without having to add anything to them. One is PRO BLEND 55 by Human Developement and the other is PRO COMPLEX by Optimum Nutrition. Both have 55 grams of protien in each serving.

I like Strawberry by Pro Blend and Chocolate by Pro Complex. But don't make the mistake of buying Pro Blend 5 plus 1. It is different stuff by Human Developement Technologies and only has 24 grams of protien in each serving. PRO BLEND 55 and PRO COMPLEX both come in 2 or 2.2 lbs bottles (small size) and are pretty costly. $29.99 for PRO BLEND 55 and $37.99 for PRO COMPLEX. But use your 30% discount on the first Tuesday of every month at GNC and you can save alot on these and other products. An expensive option, but they are easy to drink and taste great. Worth the money for me since these protiens don't bloat me up and leave room for me to eat more.
