Protein questions

I'm looking for a quality protein powder that's cheap, doesn't have a lot of carbs in it, tastes good and mixes without a damn blender. I've tried Prolab's, which tastes good, but will not mix with a spoon and also GNC's, but have heard a lot of bad things about GNC products. HELP!!!! Thanks!

Check out Optimum Nutrition's 10lb bag of Whey Protein. It's cheap (42.99 @ jesupgym.com), low in carbs (less than 3 grams) and high in Protein (22 grams).

Try the protein factory, they have many types of protein. I use their milk protein isolate vanilla, with sucralose. It tastes pretty good and I mix it in a shaker bottle.
