what protein powders do you guys use .is there any brands better than others?

Most are the same quality concentrates. Taste and price is what varies greatly. Optimum is good and cheap, I buy it unless I can find a great deal on something else that has more flavor. I think MetRx Vanilla Butter creme tastes very good.
