The purpose of aas is to increase protien sysnthesis so it would only make sense to bump protein intake while on. Depending on your goal and what macronutrient ratio your diet is made up of....anywhere between 2-3 g's per lb of bodyweight is plenty.
I am around 195-205. I am just trying to gain about 20lbs of LEAN muscle. I am already lean and nic looking I just want to add some size. I am on test e, eq and letro.
I'm not lean,47 years young, 5'10", 217lbs, about 16% bf, want to keep the wieght about the same, but get to single digits while consuming enough calories to sustain growth.

yeah I eat real protein from meat and other things. I will add in some whey for an adder. Like If I am still hungry I will make a bowl of oatmeal with whey in it. Chocolate ON GOLD STANDARD.I try to get all my carbs,fats,proteins from real food sources that is what you need to do. Thanks for your advice solidspine it was helpful
