1/2 cup rolled oats - put in blender but not so long like fine powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup blueberries or 2 squares of a Hershey’s baking chocolate bar chopped coursely. ORBOTH
1-2 egg whites
1/4 cup yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey
1-2 tap coconut oil
put the blended oats, baking powder, egg whites, yogurt (or milk or 1/2 cup cottage cheese) in a bowl n whip
heat coconut oil in a pan
ad. chocolate / blueberries to the mix and stir in
pour the batter in the pan however large you wan each cake
watch carefully for burning as this batter and low oil can burn easy. i find it helpful to use a lid to cover at sone time in cooking to speed the cooking inside the pancake so outside not exposed so long to heat
they are a really good option for those who are bulking.. but you won't be able to cut on them. too many calories and that doesn't include the syrup or honey added

Directions: 1. Get the dry ingredients ready - in a large bowl mix together the oatmeal, baking powder and protein powder 2. In another bowl mash the banana with a fork 3. Add the cup of egg whites to the the bowl with the banana and mix thoroughly. 4. Add the weight ingredients to the dry ingredients 5. Add the blueberries to the pancake batter 6. Pre-heat a skillet on medium heat and measure out 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
