My usual shake, I take three times a day... I make a pitcher in the morning equalling approx 7.5-8 cups... I usually pound one in the morning, and put the other two in the fridge for later... I figure I might as well give out the shake recipe instead of just what brand!!
5 scoops GNC 100% whey vanilla 100g of protein ~20g carbs ~600 cals
2-2.5 cups milk ~16-20g protein ~26-33g carbs ~220-275 cals
1 cup of yogurt ~10g protein ~45g carbs ~240 cals (rasberry peach usually)
1 cup of cottage cheese ~26g protein ~8g carbs ~180 cals
1 cup frozen rasberries ~1g protein ~20g carbs ~80 cals
1 banana (usually frozen) 1g protein ~30g carbs ~110 calories
for a total of approx 155g protein ~150g carbs ~1500 cals
mind you I also eat other food... but this is my favorite snack, 3 times a day
