Protein in Japan??

Hey everyone---

I'm going to be moving to Japan in a few months and was wondering if anyone knows if places like proteinfactory can ship stuff all the way over there, or if there are any good stores in Japan where I can get some good protein. I know that there aren't any GNC or Vitamin Source stores over there, so I'm getting kind of worried. I still need to find out if there's a gym near where I'll live...

Any info that anyone has will be much appreciated!

Thanks

you'll be eating the best sushi in the world for sure anyway and thats gotta have alot of protein. im not sure about the cats and dogs though or is that only eaten in korea. japan is not a third world country im sure they have bodybuilders there so theres bound to be protein supplements and theyll prob have ancient japanese vitamans instead of the processed stuff.
good luck in japan

S-U-S-H-I!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I DOUBT youll find too many who have been over there, but maybe I'm worng..........you'll be fine...........I'll ship it to you.........lol

Thanks guys! I'm pretty sure I can get it shipped over there if I can't find any retail stores that sell good protein. yeah, sushi is mad expensive in Japan, simply because they value it highly for the skill it takes to make good sushi...and because everything there costs ridiculous amounts of money. I'm gonna be so poor after just a few weeks :(

yeah, irish pride's got a point. there HAVE to be bodybuilders in japan. i'd suggest visiting a gym there and looking for someone who speaks english (a trainer, or perhaps a gymrat). they should be able to steer you in the right direction.

that aside, japan's gotta have some of the best fish in the world. you shouldn't be short on protein sources :)
