Try buying a Big bag of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, grill them all up at once, then put them in Bags of three and freeze them. Take out a bag and leave in fridge to use as needed.
Also consider eating a Rotissere chicken less the skin or a Big steak for dinner.
