How the hell do I minimize this??? I eat a lot of egg whites, chicken breasts, raw veg/fruits. What can I take???
Try leaving 1 or 2 egg yolks in with the whites if you're not already.
It makes the protein more soluble.
And cook them if you are not, drinking egg whites raw can affect some people in this way, I am 1 of them.
Try different protein powders.
Whey iso is best but don't believe it has to cost an arm and a leg. I went through every high end whey iso I could find before I just gave up. All they did was bloat me up and give me excessive gas!
About a year later i decided to try the relatively inexpensive one they carry at Costco and it hasn't given me 1 problem.
Have been using it for months now.
