Looking to make a MRP, a night time formula, and one to use during the day between meals....anyone have any solid suggestions for ingredients, sweetners, flavors?
I've never understood the whole "meal replacement" thing. I would rather make my own by making a protein shake and eating a small bowl of oatmeal or a piece of fruit. I can easily modify the macronutrients and taking half a cheap multi if I need it. It's a lot cheaper and more flexible.

IMO nothing is better than Metrx (taste wise).........I sometimes make oats and protein, but I have this with my eggs first meal of the day and many times dont feel like eating it again 2 hours later......
I've been thinking of an MRP too. Sometimes it's tough to find the time for meals while at work and an MRP would be handy on those days that I just can't sit for 10 to 15 mins to eat a chicken breast and seme broc.
