Prostaglandins and the heart

Hello,
I've read many things about the prostaglandins and their effect on the muscles.
In an article i've also read that pgf2 cause the heart to grow enormously,so i wanted to ask if someone has any document explaining about it or anything else.

Not that I know of. PGF-2A is not used very much anymore. The sides are ridiculous.

Prostaglandins, interleukin-15 even IGF1 looked great on paper, but in reality produce little gains with serious side effects.

Why? they are produced inside the muscle and little goes out to the bloodstream.

Systemic application -whole body- produce the dangerous side effects you have read about.

IGF-1 looks great in the mirror to me bro, you can't tell me it produces little gains, it has done incredible things for my physique
