I just purchased this creatine and was wondering if anyone has used it, Personal opinion of it, Also what about a loading phase? Or should I just do as the directions said, 5gram before and 5gram after?
What is the best mix for it?
It asked for a dextrose mix what do you guys prefer? Gatoraide??
