Dude, u shouldn't look to any kind of soda for any nutritional value. Pretty much anything thats not coffee, soda, alcohol will be a lot better for you

If you are looking for an alternative to water, sure if Propel works then include it ... I prefer Gatorade & you can water it down ... I drink (too much ) Diet Pepsi, and there is always Crystal Light I also drink 8-10 L of water a day and personally have no issues with any of the above while cutting ... & it works for me
I was also wondering about propel versus regular water.I really have to make myself drink water but the propel water is starting to taste almost sweet to me.Is coffee black a bad idea in the mornings or should I be drinking water all day long?
Diet Rite is where its at. I also really like the flavored water... but in moderation. I have no problem with plain regular water BUT then again im not drinking a well's worth of h20 like Bunny over here LOL.... That girl is awesome!

flavored seltzer! every one drinks diet soda but no one drinks flavored setlzer! black cherry seltzer!
granted it has a little bit of sodium, less than diet soda, and maybe a couple calories from natural flavoring, but no risks with tablespoons of sugar or artificial sweeteners.
then again, i don't drink it anymore because i don't like carbonated drinks.
edit: oh and there's no problem with coffee in the morning. caffeine will make you retain water, but 1-2 cups isn't going to kill you. you probably retain more water from the salt in your meat than all the coffee you drink.
