Project Grycon(need advice)

So I feel like I should preface this a bit. I am 32 years old, 6'1 240 lbs, I am a recovering agoraphobic of 4 years, in that time I went from 165 to 260.

Ive been hitting the gym for about 2 months and have lost about 10lbs(I would assume this is water weight). My diet is clean, I have a high protien diet, my carbs are good carbs, and kept very low,no soda, no sugar ect.

I am on meds which help me escape the house, and I have been lowering them since I started spending 5 days a week in the gym, however I think these meds slow weight loss down, or I just have no idea what i'm doing, which is very possible.

I need some help with a routine, I have no clue what im doing in the gym, all I know is, I feel great going in there and lifting heavy as if I'm trying to kill myself.

My time in the gym is usually spent like this: 30-45 minutes of lifting, followed by 15-30 mins on the tread mill. I do this 5 days a week, Monay-Friday. Ive heard working out 5 days straight isn't good, but honestly, I need to be in gym, just being out is therapeutic for me.

So my questions are these: can I hit the treadmill on a rest day so I could pick up 4 day split routine? Also can anyone point me to a good routine, I'm kinda ocd so if given some direction, I follow through on things pretty damn well(lol).

I appreciate any help any of you can offer.

u can spend more itme on the treadmill if you want

i persoanly think 30-45mins would be more appropriate, after ur workout

as for training i have to ask ur goals first, if your goal to drop more bf%???

im presuming it is, my advice is you research interval training and full body workouts

Yes I need to lose body fat, I know im over 20, hell most likely near 30% in all honesty.

Thanks for the advice.
