Well after being on the Pintoca cutting diet for 4weeks i figured i would post some results that ive made so far.
Before i started dieting i was 6ft tall, 244lbs, after just cutting back for a month or so i was at 240lbs thats when i decided to try something new.
So stats before i started the Pintoca diet were:
48inch abdomen
17.5inch neck
72inches tall
240lbs
35%bf, 156lbs LBM, 84lbs fat
Going on the 4th week this week my stats are:
46inch abdomen
17.5 inch neck
72inches tall
234lbs
33%bf, 157lbs LBM, 77lbs fat
According to my cutting chart im right on schedule with the weight loss but im actually gaining lean body mass rather than losing a little like the chart shows. I guess thats a good thing though. Im more than happy with the results so far especially since i did cheat a little last week but not by choice. A good friend of mine is on the same diet as me right now i will get him to post his results soon.
