Progress after 8 weeks

looking at the pics side by side
I see a huge difference in the midsection its alot tighter and looks great
also your arms and shoulders blew up legs look great also.

Over all a nice lean gainer.
You were built before so 12 lbs of solid muscle is one hell of a cycle.
 
Thanks guys, wanted to post this up to determine if I should be happy with my gains, glad I took photo's cause my body looks the same to me. I also need some motivation for the next 5 weeks and then even more to keep going though PCT. Been training twice a day for the last 8 weeks. Bit worn out (mentally) - not physically.

Ive got one question I would like to have answered - Ive realised that over the last 8 weeks my legs have got much bigger, my bodyfat has come down by a very visable amount, but for one or other reason ive lost some of my seperation in my quads. Why do you think this is. It should, like the rest of my body become more defined. What is going on??? Anyone got an answer?? Is it just due to more muscle tissue filling out the leg?
 
Dammit! I was just going to guess that. I knew it had to be a cycle that people bashed on EF.

I don't see any bloat. How are you keeping the water off?

My best guess is water. Edema in you legs from increased estrogen levels? Women tend to store more bf in their legs than men and possibly the increase in estro is doing the same for you at this point.

Also not to equate the two, but if you have seen a pregnant women, they tend to hold water quite a bit in their legs and ankles. For some reason I am guessing that you are either adding some visceral fat to your legs or retaining water more in that area. Why, I have not even the slightest good explanation for it except a guess.

Try cutting carbs later in the evening.

I don't see the fat in legs. Quads are more striated on after pic. You look great. Are you taking and anti-aromatase with dbol? Anti-estrogen? How many mgs per day? Is it Russian, naposims, methanobol?
 
nice bro. true testament that orals only will work with right diet and training. what are your doses? nice lookin solid. harder lookin midsection bigger chest and traps.

Cycle is as follows:

Week 1-12 500-600mg TEST E
Week 1-12 400mg Equipoise
Week 1-4 40mg DBOL
Week 4-8 250mg Tren E (just to see if I can include a proper dose in next cycle)
Week 9-14 50mg Winny ED (inj)
Week 1-14 A-Dex 0.5 EOD
Week 6-14 250IU 2 X Week HCG
Week 12-14 100mg Prop E3D

Ive got about 5 weeks left, planning to still gain a pound or so and get harder.

the key to low bloat is diet!!!! Carb cycling with 2 High days a week. Low days = 100g High Days = 500g. Protein always at 450g.

Very Funny, Big Mike! DBOL only, yeah right. THe EQ & Tren is what cuts ya up & gives you that nice hard look which you have.. Why did you start on Tren E? Dont like pinning? LOL. I think I would have taken the bulk out to week 10 or 12. You are doing so well with diet that you dont need that little cut on winny at the end but I guess you are sure playing around with the chems to see what fits for you. Make sure you pic up on week 14 Bro. Very nice job so far.
 
Love pinning in actual fact, pinnng winny ED at the moment (Started the winny that day after that photo). Im in a third world country my man, tren e was all I could get my hands on:)

I disagree, I dont think any drug cuts you up, diet and cardio cuts you up. There was never a bulk. Carb cycling the same throughout. I find winny anabolic so im hoping it is going to make to gain another pound or two, the bold has also only fully kicked in now, so prob going to up the protein to 500g and keep that nitrogen balance super high!!

I like winny cause it gets all the water out of me, and therefore help me keep gains post-cycle.

I have that 'I don't look any different thing' either for getting bigger from muscle OR fat :) and when I diet.

Are you keeping bodymeasurement records?

Training records?

If you are getting stronger and measurements are bigger at the same bodyfat, you are progressing.

You can tell that you are way more vascular, and I could tell that your legs and chest were bigger (I didn't put pics side by side though)

I am keeping a journal which has everything documented, but to me the mirror is the only measure not changeing, clearly it is, but im just failing to see changes cause i see myself everyday. That is why I will always tell people to take photo's. They make you look like shit, but they dont lie!

tatyana, can you answer my question as to why my legs have lost definition/seperation. Or atleast why they havent progressed to the same extent as my upper body. My quads have always been seperated, but now I seem to be loosing that and I dont know why!!
 
Any other thought on why im losing seperation in my quads.... its getting worse, and upper body just getting more ripped, do you think I should increase the recovery for my legs. Current training split:

Day 1:Quads (Squats, Front squats, Extentions, Leg Press)
Day2: Chest + Cardio
Day3: Back & Triceps
Day4: Cardio, Calves, Hamstrings (Straight leg Deads, Walking lunges, static Lunges, Lying curls, standing curls)
Day 5: Shoulders & Biceps
Day 6: Rest OR repeat (Day1)

Just a head's up, you do know the EQ will be in your system till the end of week 15. Run the Prop another week.

My sides have decreased so after dropping the tren that ives decided to run the EQ and test on for 16 weeks and then im going to do 4 weeks prop before PCT.

Fuck im ive changed from feeling like an aggitated, overheatting sweatty neadrothol on the tren to constantly high, energised horny child with just the EQ and test.

you are paranoid about your legs. They look far better, tan has changed perspective though.

I do think you are overtraining though. try a couple of weeks of bench/deads/squats and other major muscle group excercises, and leave out arms etc, and drop to 3 times per week. You're not getting enough rest and recuperation.
 
very nice gains..although your previous was also very good. perhaps I am simply not aiming high enough but if i could get the look of your before pic i think I would be content. can i get a copy of your workout routing to compare against my current routine?

Great job, you look awesome. You must be able to at least notice it yourself in your abs?
 
just out of interest, how long have you been weight training for and how many cycles have you done?

I've been training just over 2 years, and now on my first cycle. Can't see me getting anywhere near what you are till I'm in my 30's lol
