Probolic SR protein

I am interested in taking Probolic SR (timed release protein). It has soy as its main protein ingredient. Does this cause estrogenic side effect? Please discuss your experiences. Thanks.

Not sure about estrogenic effects. Soy has very poor bioavailibility.

You can slow down the absorption of regular whey protein by adding healthy fats like anpb.
