The last few times i've tried doing my ab routine, about half way thru my first set my stomach has been getting this weird feeling that has been making me cut my ab workouts short every time. I guess its like a cramp feeling, i'm not sure cause i've had cramps in other parts of my body but never in my stomach and it just feels weird, best way i can explain it is that it feels like there is a air bubble in my stomach. If anyone has experienced this or might have any idea what I am talking about please let me know what I could possibly do to maybe prevent it from happening because i havent been able to work out my stomach.
