Problems on T-rex and R-ala

Whenever I take a T-rex or R-ala supplement I seem to have problems in my legs, specifically quads and hams. The problems occur whenever I am running, I have already pulled a hamstring and I get that seem pull feeling all throughout my upper leg area whenever I am doing sprints in both legs. I am not lacking water because I drink around a gallon and a half day, just wondering if anyone else gets this.

Yes, very thoroughly every time. Jogging isn't a problem, its when I do sprints, my upper legs, either quads or hamstrings pull very easily. Its never been a problem until now and I noticed its whenever I take either Gluceroll R or a T-Rex.

ELECTROLYTES..

what is your electrolyte intake like? you probably need to bump up sodium (though pottassium or magnesium could be the issue as well)

Macro, it definitely could be lack of potassium. I'll bump my potassium the next couple days and see how it goes. I do know its not my sodium intake though.

you're talking about 2 completely different chemical makeups in those 2 drugs that are agonizing the same problem.
