Which probiotic should I take? I want to make sure I am taking the right one. Dont they need to be kept in the fridge ???
 
Probiotics are helpful but also for general intestinal health Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Kelp have helped me a lot with prior gut flora issues. Eating veggies is hard some days and I use those to fill in gaps.
