DO the pro-hormones work good?
Do you prefefer them to roids?

Prohormones do work well if a good delivery system is used, such as transdermal.

They are not better than steroids in terms of muscle growth, but they are better in terms of safety.

I suppose the other part to this is which Pro-H's you take. There are a lot of different types and most are quite weak. However the newer batch, 1-AD are suppose to be a lot more effective.
