Hey guys! I've got a friend who's a personal trainer and a very good I should say. The reason I'm writing this is get help for him to do a PH cycle. The problem is that while he's a very good trainer, he's a very skinny guy and other trainers in our area are guy that are on GEAR or cycling something! And just because their big and muscular as hell that some how means that their more knowledgeable about training than he does, and he's losing or not getting the amount of clients that they are just because of how they look!
His stats are 5'11 146 lbs needs to probably bulk and cut. Could u guys recommend a PH, epistong, katana ,etc and the proper PCT and or supps to do on cycle? Thanx in advance for all info fellas!!!
