Pro-hormone help

Hey guys! I've got a friend who's a personal trainer and a very good I should say. The reason I'm writing this is get help for him to do a PH cycle. The problem is that while he's a very good trainer, he's a very skinny guy and other trainers in our area are guy that are on GEAR or cycling something! And just because their big and muscular as hell that some how means that their more knowledgeable about training than he does, and he's losing or not getting the amount of clients that they are just because of how they look!
His stats are 5'11 146 lbs needs to probably bulk and cut. Could u guys recommend a PH, epistong, katana ,etc and the proper PCT and or supps to do on cycle? Thanx in advance for all info fellas!!!

Dude he's 5'11 146? He's boarderline annorexic. As a trainer I assume he doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't need gear. He needs to eat.

My fault guys i said he was 5'11, i misunderstood him he was at an indoor track meet with 1 of his athletes and there was lots of noise. He's 5'8!

I call bullshit. Sorry bro, but I am a personal trainer myself, and a HUGE section of the studies required is nutrition.

Running any PH, DS, or AAS will do you no good without a proper diet and training setup.

Hell my 15 year old brother in law eats like a man, works out 3 days a week and is 5'9'' 165

stack him up with what, tits and libido problems? Don't fucking tell a noob to run a stack like that, he obviously doesn't know what he's doing. By the way thats the most counter productive stack i've ever heard of..

No bullshit here bro!!!! He's a full time teacher and part time trainer. Not gonna come on here and lie about anything, if that's the case i would've lied about his stats, to not be ridiculed! I stopped him from goin to the local supplement store spending hard earned money on bullshit and i told him to let me talk to bro's on here 1 st, for some REAL help, and info on Real supps/PH's that actually work!!

5 8 and 145 pounds is skinny as a rail. I am 5 6 and 198.. the only way i could get down to the 140's is if i did cardio for an hour everyday and started eating bird food.

his problem is he doesn't know how to eat and he also does too much cardio.. which is fine.. not everyone is a bodybuilder type. but why would you stick your nose into his business and try to get him to use AAS? he obviously isn't a bodybuilder so let him be.

btw I was an endurance athlete in my mid to late 20's and have numerous awards so don't think i don't know what your buddy looks like, he has a fit/runner look to him I GET IT and ITS OKAY!!.. lean muscle is not the same as muscle mass. lean muscle does not weigh much, but large muscle mass does. thats the difference. bottom line is diet and training will dictate if you have lean muscle or if you have large muscle mass. if you want large muscle mass you gotta train big and you gotta eat big.

i hate to put a number on it but i would say your friend should get to 170 pounds before he even thinks about AAS. atleast then he would of learned how to train and eat.. then he can take shit to another level. but large muscle mass takes time to build. he isn't gonna magically turn into a 200 pound beast overnight
