I'm looking at different probiotic options online that I can order
There are a few i was looking at that are affordable
Complete probiotics platinum for digestion
HUM nutrition gut instinct probiotics
Life extension enhanced super digestive enzymes
Culturelle digestive health daily
The reason I want to do this is I took antibiotics a year ago and ever since then I haven't felt my gut feel okay. something feels off for sure
